Horror ClownTerms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Horror Clown: Scary Escape Game (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its code, art, audio and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law allows.
2. Apple's terms
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the Game in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, Apple's terms apply to the extent required by law.
3. In-app purchases
The Game is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases, including Remove Ads, Unlock Chapter 2 and Reveal the Clown. Purchases are processed by Apple and are governed by Apple's terms and refund policy. Purchased content is licensed to you, not sold. You can restore purchases through the App Store as Apple allows.
4. Advertising
The Game may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is voluntary.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, tamper with, or interfere with the Game, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorized to use. You agree not to use cheats, hacks or modified versions of the Game.
6. Age rating
The Game is rated 13+ and contains horror and fear themes. It is not suitable for children under 13. Parents and guardians are responsible for the Game's use by children in their care.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, change or remove content and features, and may suspend or end the Game. We try to keep the Game working as intended but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop playing and delete the Game from your device at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
