Horror ClownPrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Horror Clown: Scary Escape Game (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
1. Information the Game handles
- Game progress: your progress and settings are stored on your device. The Game does not require an account.
- Device identifiers: the advertising identifier (IDFA) on your device, used by our advertising partners. You can control this in your iOS settings (see section 4).
- Usage data: product interactions such as levels played and features used, collected through analytics.
- Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs and performance information, such as device model, OS version, app version and date and time of use, to help us fix bugs.
- Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address by our analytics and advertising partners. We do not collect precise GPS location.
We do not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or microphone or camera access to play. The Game does not ask you to create an account.
2. How we use information
- To run the Game and keep your progress on your device.
- To show advertisements, including optional rewarded ads.
- To understand how the Game is used and to improve levels and features.
- To find and fix crashes and other problems.
- To process in-app purchases through Apple, and to check whether a purchase was delivered.
3. Third-party services
The Game uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising and tracking
The Game displays ads from Google AdMob, which may use the advertising identifier to show personalized ads. On iOS, you can limit tracking or reset your advertising identifier at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
You can remove ads with the in-app purchase "Remove Ads" in the Game.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf or under their own policies, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users' safety.
6. Data retention and deletion
Game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the Game removes it from your device. Data held by advertising and analytics providers is kept under their own policies. To ask us about data we hold, contact us using the details below.
7. Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
10. International transfers
Information processed by our service providers may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ. We rely on our providers' safeguards for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
